On 11 March 2021, guest speaker Jodie Purves (formerly Fields), who was Queensland’s first caption of the Australian Women’s Cricket Team, provided our guests with an engaging presentation about her experiences and life lessons learnt from the challenges she faced in increasing gender equality in a traditionally male dominated sport.
