Our members and guests were treated to an engaging presentation from Alison Haly, the first full-time female mediator in commercial and international law in Australia. The presentation drew on Alison’s international mediating experience to discuss how to navigate difficult dialogue and how best to reach a place of empathy and understanding in order to achieve solutions.
